PRE-DESIGN

Our pre-design phase involves understanding our client, their user needs, design research, formulating the project scope and timeline, site analysis and preliminary concept development.

CONCEPT DESIGN

Process involves identifying client and user needs, understanding target market, consumers, past, present, and future trends, brand assets and budgetary considerations in order to establish a solid foundation for the project’s organization, structure, and goals.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Establishing look and feel through sketches, material selections, product and product references.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Compilation of final design recommendations required to complete the project, including consultations with consultants and obtaining client approvals in required for final production drawings.

DESIGN DOCUMENTATION

Preparation of a Design Documentation Package includes a design drawing set with coded elevations, plans, and details, coordinated Spec Book with Architectural and FFE Schedules, and product specifications required for purchasing and implementation.
